The Space

Start your morning with coffee on the balcony as the sun rises over the ocean, wander across the road for a swim, surf or beach walk, then spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool.

The light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto the expansive ocean-view balcony, with louvred doors allowing you to enjoy the cooling sea breezes.

The main bedroom features a Queen bed, beautiful ocean views and direct access to both a private balcony and the main balcony. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake to the Pacific outside your door. The ensuite includes a generous double shower.

Bedrooms two and three also feature Queen beds and share the main bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Just five minutes from one of the most famous streets in Australia, Noosa’s trendy Hastings Street, lies the holiday-makers haven of Sunrise Beach. Sunrise Beach is the perfect destination for a family holiday, getaway with friends or a romantic weekend.

While nearby Noosa is buzzing with trendy cafes, designer boutiques and the chit chat of cocktail bars, Sunrise Beach enjoys a calm, laid-back ambience.

The expansive stretch of golden sand at Sunrise Beach is lapped by pristine surf rolling in from the ocean. The area is almost entirely surrounded by Noosa National Park, a wild section of coastline jutting into the ocean and fringing Lake Weyba. On a walk through the park you’ll encounter pockets of rainforest, rocky shorelines, groves of piccabeen palms, wide deserted beaches and glorious coastal views. If you’re lucky you might just spy a koala or rare glossy black cockatoo.

Head west to the hinterland and you’ll discover more beautiful National Parks along with boutique wineries, country markets and the charming mountain villages of Montville and Maleny

Neighbour Policy

Whilst enjoying your stay at this holiday property, we ask you and your guests to be mindful of the following policies requested by Noosa Shire Council:

Outdoor gatherings and music to be moved inside after 10pm
Music to be turned down to a respectable level indoors after 10pm
No swimming in the pool between 10pm – 7am

The property is to be left clean and tidy, and all dishes placed in the sink or dishwasher if provided. Beds are to be stripped and all linen placed in the bath or shower recess. All rubbish is to be placed neatly in kitchen bin. – Respect Pool Rules always.

We have a very strict noise policy! No parties are allowed at the house under the Noosa Town Plan. You’re welcome to have dinner parties with the guests staying at the home however all outside gatherings MUST be taken inside by 10pm, music turned down and no swimming in the pool after this time or before 7am. As the home is in a residential area, we MUST respect our neighbours.

Vehicles to be stored to not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to adjoining premises, and be parked within parking facilities on the premises where provided.

Use of the premises, including any outdoor area of the premises, for example, an outdoor entertainment area, deck, balcony, swimming pool or spa, must not—

• detrimentally affect the residential amenity (including but not limited to noise, overlooking or light spill) enjoyed by residents adjoining or in the vicinity of the premises; or
• cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance); or
• display unacceptable behaviour (for example loud aggressive behaviour; yelling, screaming, arguing; excessively loud cheering, clapping or singing; or create a level of noise which is in excess of the acceptable levels described by Queensland Government legislation for environmental protection (noise).

An occupant of the premises must not sleep or camp on the premises in a tent, caravan, campervan or similar facility.

Pets occupying the premises must be managed and not cause a nuisance (including a noise nuisance).

General waste (including the separation of recyclable waste) must be placed in a waste container.

The grounds of the premises are kept in a safe and tidy condition.
