Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Check-in instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee – please contact our office.

All properties include linen, towels, and basic amenities. You’ll need to bring personal items, food, and any specific requirements for your stay.

All properties include quality linen, towels, fully equipped kitchen, basic amenities, and complimentary WiFi where available. Specific inclusions vary by property – check the specific property details.

For stays 10+ days, we provide a mid-week linen change. Full service cleaning can be arranged at your cost. Basic amenities are complimentary but not replenished during your stay.

Please report any issues immediately by calling our office. While we make every effort to repair items quickly, we cannot guarantee availability of air conditioning, pools, or appliances. No refunds are provided for temporary equipment failures.

Yes, we offer round-the-clock support throughout your stay. Contact 0436 200 777 for after-hours assistance. A $100 call-out fee applies for lockouts or key issues after hours.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties in accordance with State legislation. Some properties allow outdoor smoking, but only 3+ metres from doorways with proper disposal of cigarette butts. Cleaning fees apply for any indoor smoking.

Pets are only permitted in designated ‘pet-friendly’ properties for a $100 fee. Pets must remain outside and all waste must be cleaned up upon departure. Unauthorised pets risk immediate eviction and forfeiture of tariff.

No, parties, functions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Properties are for holiday accommodation only. Violations result in immediate termination and a $4,000 penalty fee if guest numbers exceed registration limits.

All guests must comply with Body Corporate by-laws and Noosa Council’s Code of Conduct. This includes respecting quiet hours, parking appropriately, and maintaining residential amenity. Noise violations may result in fines passed to guests.
